The story behind YCO Cloud

We are a Philippine-based company developing and operating sustainably-built, carrier-neutral digital infrastructure. Our goal is to situate the Philippines as the digital gateway to the ASEAN region.

Founded by Intxausti Inc., JVI, and key members of the principal families with established, centuries long track records of investing and developing critical infrastructure in the Philippines, we are in the business of investing in and operating environmentally sound, job generating frontier industries.

Craig specializes in Data center development, design, construction, and transaction management. With over 20 years in the industry completing 125MW of data center infrastructure projects; green-field, brown-field, renovation projects and 1,600 acres of land development from time across Digital Realty and DataBank, Craig is uniquely fit to advise our techical design process.

With 20+ years in the industry, Jon has taken his experience as a founding executive of Digital Realty, one of the world’s largest data center REITs ($1B+), to guide YCO Cloud in business development, risk mitigation, and business model guidance.

Shawn has more than a 20 years of experience leading the design of data centers, secure government facilities, and operation centers. His emphasis in these projects, in addition to ensuring that critical operational demands are met, is to develop a compelling workplace design, both for the benefit of current employees and to help clients attract and retain a new generation of technology-driven talent. Shawn understands and can translate into simple terms the complicated technical issues associated with mission critical projects.

Global architecture and planning firm, Gensler, is leading the development of the concept governing our data centers and design of YCO Cloud One, in cooperation with leading Philippine architects. Gensler has in the last 5 years been named the world’s #1 overall design firm and #1 green design firm. Specifically, our project architect overseeing the concept plan and design development phase is Shawn Reichart - one of Gensler’s leading critical infrastructure architects. The rest of our international design and engineering team includes Syska Hennessy (project lead, Jose Herrera) and Thornton Tomasetti.

D.M. Consunji Inc, is one of the most experienced and storied engineering and construction firms in the Philippines. As one of the leaders in the engineering-based integrated construction space, DMCI was the first Filipino contractor to be issued a Quadruple-A license by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board.
