After the successful delivery of Malvar One, YCO Cloud’s flagship digital infrastructure project, energized just in 11 months after groundbreaking - we are expanding. Today, YCO Cloud has 75MW available utility power with 30MW already energized.
To meet the country's growing reliance on cloud computing and the rapid expansion of AI-driven applications, YCO Cloud has formed a strategic partnership with Science Park of the Philippines, Inc. (SPPI) providing us access to vast land to deliver massive data center capacity within the next few years.
SPPI is the pioneer and largest private industrial park developer in the country with almost 1,500 hectares of aggregate area. Their industrial estates, strategically located in Bataan, Batangas, Clark, and other key parts of Luzon, are designed and well-equipped to support sustainable digital infrastructure - from meeting environmental and infrastructure risk criteria to ready access to power and water. It is also worthwhile to note that the Luzon Economic Corridor is rapidly establishing itself as the emerging hyperscale data center hub in the country.
YCO Cloud’s in-house team of digital infrastructure experts, backed by SPPI’s resources, enable us not only to deliver purpose-built Colocation Data Centers which are custom engineered to host multiple tenants IT infrastructure but also to cater true Build To Suit (BTS) powered core and shell facility tailored to meet hyperscale specifications. Through a BTS arrangement, we assist clients to design and build a customized data center at a preferred location. This eliminates the challenge of sourcing for large, contiguous and utility-ready land that aligns with our clients’ timeline and supports their long-term growth.
